My Mom Reviews My Photos featured on MINT MAGAZINE!!!

Mint had asked for a photo of my “mum” for their article. I wanted to send them something good so I started digging through the my polaroid archives and found this beauty of my mom on a moped circa 2002.
What was she doing on a moped you ask?
Well, I was in college shooting an epic student film called Nomar No. 3 about a kid who had troubles with swimming pools and beach balls (his father had killed himself after failing to catch a beach ball when jumping from a high-dive). My mom portrayed Nora, young Nomar’s rather demanding,
yet loving, mother. There was one “stunt” scene that involved my friend Kyle riding a moped about 10 feet without a shirt on. Between takes we convinced my mom to take a seat on the moped and I took the polaroid that you see here.
